Terms of Service.

By accessing the Asia Book of Records website, initiating a claim protocol, or utilizing our adjudication services, you agree to be bound by these strictly defined Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

1. Absolute Authority of the Adjudication Board

The Asia Book of Records Foundation is the sole governing body regarding the acceptance, categorization, or rejection of any record claim. The decisions made by our Anonymous Adjudication Board are final, absolute, and not subject to external legal appeal or arbitration.

2. Nominee Representations & Warranties

By submitting evidence, the nominee legally warrants that:

• All submitted data, media, and witness reports are 100% authentic and unmanipulated.
• The achievement does not violate any local or international laws.
• The claim does not infringe upon the intellectual property of a third party.

3. Institutional Right to Revoke

The Foundation reserves the right to strip a verified title, demand the return of the Official Prestige Kit, and permanently ban a record holder if post-verification evidence reveals fraud, unethical behavior, or a breach of the zero-tolerance policy.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

The titles, logos, certificate designs, and adjudication frameworks of the "Asia Book of Records" are protected intellectual property. Verified record holders are granted a limited license to use the official badges for personal or corporate branding, provided it does not misrepresent the Foundation.
