1. The Adjudication Fee (Non-Refundable)
The Evaluation Fee covers the immediate administrative cost of deploying our Records Desk, activating the evidence forensics team, and initiating the primary background screening. Because this institutional labor commences immediately upon submission, the Evaluation Fee is strictly 100% Non-Refundable.
- Fees are non-refundable even if the applicant chooses to withdraw the claim prematurely.
- Fees are non-refundable if the claim is respectfully declined due to insufficient evidence or failure to meet global benchmarks.
2. Disqualification Penalties
If an applicant is disqualified for submitting fabricated evidence, digitally manipulated media, or falsified reports, the evaluation process is immediately terminated. In such instances of ethical violation, no refunds will be issued.
3. Priority Fast-Track Exclusivity
Fees remitted for the 'Priority Liaison' (Fast-Track) service are utilized to bypass the standard queue and expedite the independent jury assembly. This premium expedition fee is absolute and non-refundable, regardless of the final adjudication outcome.
4. Force Majeure & Timelines
Standard adjudication takes 4 to 6 weeks. Complex claims requiring extensive field research may face necessary extensions. Processing delays do not qualify an applicant for a refund or cancellation of the adjudication protocol.
5. Billing & Dispute Contact
For genuine billing anomalies or duplicate transaction issues, applicants must contact our finance desk prior to initiating a bank chargeback.
