1. The Non-Disclosure Protocol (NDA)
We recognize that record claims often involve unreleased corporate data, proprietary technology, and sensitive financial metrics. All evidence submitted during the adjudication process is automatically protected under our institutional Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your data is viewed exclusively by the Anonymous Adjudication Board and is never shared, sold, or distributed to third-party entities.
2. Data Collection Parameters
To facilitate the forensic verification process, we collect only strictly necessary information:
- Identity Data: Legal names, government-issued IDs, and corporate registration numbers.
- Communication Data: Official email addresses and verified contact numbers.
- Evidence Data: Raw video files, logbooks, surveyor reports, and independent witness details.
3. Post-Adjudication Data Vaulting
Upon successful ratification or rejection of a claim, all physical and digital evidence is transferred to our secure, encrypted offline vault. We retain this data solely to protect against future disputes, plagiarism claims, or legal inquiries regarding the authenticity of the record.
4. Public Directory Indexing
By accepting a verified record title, the nominee grants the Foundation the right to index their Name, Record Title, and Achievement Summary on our global public directory. Confidential evidence will never be published without explicit written consent.
